The archipelago is a short 45 minute plane ride from Panama City and about a 1 hour plane ride from San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. By bus or car, Bocas is about 10 hours from Panama City, 4 hours from David, Panama and 6 hours from San Jose, Costa Rica.

All visitors to the archipelago arrive first in Bocas Town, whether by boat or by plane. Airport pickup is included and the airport and water taxi stations are right in the heart of Bocas Town so once you arrive you simply need to drop your bags at the pre-arranged pick up location and go run any last minute errands before you depart for your stay. All grocery stores are within convenient walking distance and so is Banco Nacional where the ATM is located. If you prefer to take a taxi, you can go just about anywhere in town for just 60 cents per person.

To get to the Villa you will take a picturesque 15 minute boat ride from Isla Colon to Red Frog Resort on Isla Bastimentos where you will pick up your golf cart and be shown to the villa.
